the panorama from the top of the hillWe are in Pascarosa, a real village of Peace and Relax, in Ostuni district (8km far), on the road to Martina Franca (10km), near Cisternino (7 km) and Ceglie Messapica (11 km). It is located just in the green heart of Itria Valley on the panoramic top of a hill.
Contrada Pascarosa is a dream place, where time seems to have stopped, immersed among the centuries-old evergreen olive trees, the characteristic trulli where an ancient rock-church and even a very picturesque railway station, at the foot of the hill, can be visited.

a relaxing corner where people can cool offOur infinity pool is the icing on the cake to take you to the total relaxation that only the countryside of Itria Valley can pass you on. Wonderful and large swimming pool (12 meters x 23 meters), shallow water area (1 m depth), high water area (2.30 m depth) and hydromassage area for 4 people.
It is located in a large fenced area, surrounded by prickly pears, vineyards and olive trees; comfortable deck chairs with umbrellas and a well-stocked bar are always at your disposal. Cleanliness, safety and tranquility are guaranteed by the constant presence of our qualified staff.

Harvesting is just the moment when our hard work, done in the months preceding the summer time, is put to good use. You can also have the satisfaction of picking vegetables and fruit by yourselves at the best time, determining the quality of the food that you will consume immediately afterwards.

love and traditions gathered in a single produceApulian extra-virgin olive oil, defined by many as “the gold of Puglia”, is as ancient and precious an element as the earth from which it is produced.
Our EVO Oil, obtained exclusively through cold pressing of the olives, is not only the result of a generous climate (balance of sun, air and earth, typical of Ostuni hill), but also the result of great work, devotion, love and care of the autochthonous “Ogliarola” and “Cellina di Nardò” varieties which, thanks to their position at 350 meters a.s.l., stand for authentic monuments of nature.
