Apulian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Apulian extra-virgin olive oil, defined by many as “the gold of Puglia”, is as ancient and precious an element as the earth from which it is produced.

Our olives are carefully chosen; they are picked during the period of their perfect ripeness through the “Stripping” system (i.e. gathered straight from the plant in baskets or hanging cloths) and pressed no later than 24 hours later.

By cold extraction we produce a highly valuable extra-virgin Olive Oil that keeps its organoleptic properties intact so offering a unique and particular taste.

Our “Laurora” EVO Oil

Our “Laurora” EVO Oil, obtained exclusively through cold pressing of the olives, is not only the result of a generous climate (balance of sun, air and earth, typical of Ostuni hill), but also the result of great work, devotion, love and care of the autochthonous “Ogliarola” and “Cellina di Nardò” varieties which, thanks to their position at 350 meters a.s.l., stand for authentic monuments of nature.
